great family vacation with welcoming staff and great beach access just steps away

Hotel Playas De Guardamar offers a lovely beach location just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Elisa at reception. The buffet breakfast featured a variety of options, making it easy to start our day. The facilities are adequate, particularly the clean pools and well-kept gardens. I truly appreciate the convenient children's play area, perfect for keeping kids entertained while parents relax by the pool.

The language barrier presented a challenge, as many staff members struggled with English, complicating communication. the ambiance can get noisy, as thin walls allow sounds from neighboring rooms to seep through, so expect some interruptions to your peace. It took ages to check-in due to long queues at the reception, and the location feels somewhat isolated, making it inconvenient for anything outside of beach time. Parking charges are steep, especially given the availability of free lots nearby. Lastly, the dining area gets crowded during peak hours, making the whole experience somewhat chaotic.
